She/Her
As a founding director and staff of healthTIDE since 2015, I have extensive experience across several facets of healthy communities and public health work statewide especially connected to nutrition and physical activity. My current role as administrative director focuses on grant administration, grant writing, budgeting, training and technical assistance, content expertise, facilitation, meeting prep and organization, strategic planning, and systems thinking.
I hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a Masters degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, both in Nutritional Sciences. I am also nationally registered as a dietitian (RDN) and a certified dietitian in the state of Wisconsin.
My family lives on a working farm in rural Jefferson County, and we enjoy outdoor life as often as we can! My husband, son and I are avid travelers, snowboarders, boaters, campers, and good food seekers. I am originally from Minnesota and a true Minnesotan at heart as an avid cold weather lover of snow and all things winter.
