Felicia Rodriguez

I joined healthTIDE in July 2024, and I have never been happier to work with a team that values collaboration, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in Wisconsin communities. As the Communications Coordinator, I ensure that all messaging across media channels aligns with our mission, vision, and values. I also lead the creation and execution of our marketing efforts, bringing ideas to life in meaningful ways.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Spanish from Marian University of Fond du Lac. I currently live in Wautoma, WI, with my wonderful family: my husband, our 8-year-old son, and our 6-year-old daughter. One of our favorite things to do is spend time outdoors, whether in our backyard or at the park. During my free time, I enjoy watching movies or Netflix. It is relaxing for me! I have a strong passion for cleaning, but I understand that with children, messes will happen. I accept that my home won't always be spotless and do my best to maintain a clean home.

Before joining healthTIDE, I worked at a community health center, holding various roles such as Records and Referral Specialist, Receptionist, and Medical Practice Manager. My favorite role, however, was Communications Specialist, where I discovered my true passion for creativity, storytelling, and engagement.

I am committed to improving my physical, emotional, and mental well-being. During this journey of mine I would like to continue regular exercise and start focusing on a balanced, nutritious diet. By prioritizing these aspects of self-care, I hope  to create a healthier and more meaningful life for myself.
